CIOTA Denim

Founded in 2019 by Shiota Co., Ltd., a sewing factory and textile manufacturer in Okayama, CIOTA oversees every stage of production in-house, from sourcing and spinning cotton to weaving, design, and sewing. Designer-director Masakazu Arasawa leads the brand, which works almost exclusively with Indian Suvin cotton, an extra-long-staple fiber valued for its soft hand and silk-like luster. CIOTA is known especially for its denim, alongside collections built on refined silhouettes and premium fabrics.
