Nelle Atelier Denim

Nelle Atelier was founded by Madeleine Cohen to reinvent the petite category for the modern shopper, starting with jeans for women 5’4” and under. Cohen, who describes herself as a member of the short gals club, built the brand after growing tired of clothes shown on much taller models. Its jeans are made from Italian-woven denim and hand-stitched in Los Angeles. Cohen has said the label began with denim but is meant to grow well beyond it.
