superNova. Denim

superNova. is a Tokyo label founded by Suguru Yamaguchi, who studied design and pattern-making and worked at Nepenthes before its debut with the Spring/Summer 2013 season. Its clothes are made with partner factories in Japan, from yarn to finished garment, with a focus on original fabrics developed on jacquard looms and knitting machines. Its wide selvedge jeans are cut from 13oz Okayama denim, rope-dyed with pure indigo and woven on shuttle looms.
