The Real McCoy's Denim

The Real McCoy’s works from a century-old warehouse on the wharf at the Port of Kobe, under Hitoshi Tsujimoto, who began in a vintage clothing shop and took over the label in the early 2000s. Every piece is made in Japan; around 70 percent of the range is made entirely in-house, and the company produces its own fabrics and hardware when originals are unavailable. The brand is known for American reproduction clothing with period-correct hardware and thread. Its Joe McCoy line covers civilian wear from the 1950s to the 1980s.
