About Deep Blue
DEEP BLUE was launched in 2002 as a women’s denim brand from Kojima, Kurashiki, by a company that began in the 1990s processing and selling uniforms and introduced the men’s brand ETERNAL in 1997. The brand carries over ETERNAL’s concept and sewing techniques, applying authentic men’s denim processing to women’s jeans built around the idea of the ultimate basic. Since 2018 both labels have been run by Aogarasu Co., Ltd., which acquired the business from Maeno Co., Ltd. Its jeans are sold at Kurashiki Denim Street in the Bikan Historical Quarter and through select shops across Japan.
