About Pherrow's

Founded in 1991 by Masahiro Shimura, who had worked on The Real McCoy’s before starting his own label, Pherrow’s is headquartered in Tokyo. The brand began with faithful reproductions of American military and workwear, and its first denim line, Stormy Blue, focused on selvedge goods. Its signature is an original 13.5oz yellow-line selvedge denim, custom milled and inspired by denim of the 1940s and 1950s, and over time the brand has moved toward vintage-inspired graphics, shirting, and its own takes on classic designs.
